Description

Houseman - Barter Position Living On-Site

This is a barter position requiring the applicant to live on-site, working 30 hours to cover the cost of the room, the balance of hours to be paid.

If you are in need of a place to stay and willing to take pride in your work and the curb appeal and presentation of the hotel, you could be the right candidate for this position. MUST be able to handle lawn care equipment and be responsible for pool care

Responsibilities

•Labor-intensive tasks such as flipping mattresses/hanging pictures/moving furniture & debris
•Work closely with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure all room accessories are in working order
•Continuous trash pickup throughout the property
•Lawn care
•Pool maintenance
•Outside painting and any items dealing with curb appeal
•Special projects, such as preventive maintenance for PTACS, painting common areas, pulling down curtains and shower curtains
•Assist in laundry when needed
•Meeting/banquet room setups for functions
•Light maintenance work

Qualifications

Requirements:
•Must Live On Site
•MUST have experience with lawn care equipment
•Cleaning experience required
•Good customer service skills
•Able to lift heavy items
•Desire and motivation to learn
•Light maintenance skills required
