Overview Were excited to introduce a newly created Accounting Specialist role that brings together the responsibilities of our former Accounting Assistant (Sales) and AP Specialist positions. This position is designed to streamline our accounting processes, strengthen cross?functional support, and ensure accuracy across all financial reporting. The Accounting Specialist will be a key contributor in sales reconciliation, vendor management, and financial tracking across multiple platforms, helping drive efficiency and reliability within our finance operations. Responsibilities Sales Review & Reconciliation Review daily sales in Craftable and address any discrepancies or variances. Sync accurate sales data with NetSuite to ensure financial integrity. Invoice Management Monitor Craftable for invoice errors; communicate with Operations to resolve issues as needed. Upload all non?inventory invoices from a specified vendor list directly into NetSuite. Vendor & Financial Reconciliation Perform vendor account reconciliations to ensure payment accuracy. Track and reconcile cash and credit card deposits. Manage third?party reconciliation processes to ensure completeness and accuracy. Support Duties Assist the Staff Accountant with additional tasks as needed. Qualifications Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience. Minimum 23 years of accounting experience, including strong reconciliation experience. Familiarity with accounting software; NetSuite and Craftable experience preferred. High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy. Excellent organizational and time?management skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard office software.
