***ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Other Duties May Be Assigned***

* Meets or exceeds goal and service level requirements.

* Supervises staff by providing direction, training, and coordination of daily activities to ensure high levels of work quality, staff efficiency, inventory integrity, process compliance and cleanliness and safety of the facility.

* Leads workload prioritization efforts to meet department demands.

* Helps solve problems that affect the productivity of the department and the ability to service the customer.

* Maintains a positive environment though strong associate relations.

* Establishes and ensures compliance to safety policies and procedures.

* Communicates and coordinates with supervisors on the other shift and departments. Identifies and communicates all problems to management in a timely manner. Presents potential solutions to management.

* Manages staffing needs based on forecasted order volume, efforts to improve quality of customer orders; maintain labor and productivity reports.

* Manages material use of department supplies and maintains inventory control.

* Oversees compliance of department practices with established Company policies and standards.

* Verifies payroll reports and tracks associate PTO time.

***SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES***

* Takes action to learn, teach and support Winston Brands policies, practices, and processes.

* Fosters a team environment where associates feel they are valued and important members of the organization.

* Guides the development and training of staff; appropriately delegates responsibility to staff members.

* Assists in the hiring and recruitment process by selecting the best qualified candidates using best practices.

* Provides guidance on goals and objectives through clear, effective, timely, and constructive feedback to team members.

* Monitors associate performance and conducts performance reviews and disciplinary actions in a timely manner.

* Practices open door policy. Identifies, addresses, and resolves conflict immediately while maintaining a positive work environment.

* Adheres to Company policies and leads by example; maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.

***SCOPE***

* Works under general supervision. Position requires the exercise of independent judgment.

* Directly supervises up to 200 warehouse associates.

* Regular interaction with warehouse associates, HR, and management.
