Immediate need for a talented Account Processor. This is a 05+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Owensboro, KY(Onsite). Key Responsibilities: Processing income checks and packages for Assumptions and Subordinations. Mailing out packages for Assumptions and Subordinations. Assisting in a phone queue to help answer questions to customers associated with Assumptions and Subordinations. They will be expected to Complete checks same day, scan all packages same day and stay within SLA. There are currently 30 employees in this department and Candidate will interact with Customers, internal/external clients, phone and email. Internal face-to-face with peers and on-site management.Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Skills-Banking, Loan document processing, Data Entry. Great customer service and communication skills, ability to work in a high-pressured environment, ability to mutli-task, great teamwork. Ability to be in office full time, ability to work 8-5 CST MSP or DOCV/MIR would be great High School Diploma or Equivalent required Customer Service call queue, Data Entry, Printing/Mailing of loan documents.
