They will play a critical role in negotiating terms and conditions, ensuring compliance, and maintaining relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Coordinate with project managers and other departments to ensure contract requirements are fulfilled. Manage amendments, modifications, and extensions of contracts. Resolve issues and disputes related to contract performance. Maintain detailed and organized contract files and documentation. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM) or similar certification preferred.
