Community Options, Inc. is a national non-profit agency providing services to individuals with disabilities in 10 states. We are seeking a **Health & Safety Manager in Princeton, NJ.**

The Health and Safety Manager leads the Community Options health and safety team and provides day-to-day support as it relates to organizational risk control initiatives and processes, health and safety training and claims administration. The Health & Safety Manager also analyzes data to identify risk areas and provides recommendations on strategies and initiatives to reduce exposure.

**Responsibilities:**

* Oversight of Health & Safety Team and department processes.

* Management of all workers compensation and auto liability claims.

* Partner and effectively collaborate with pertinent insurance carriers on claims administration.

* Partner with counsel on auto liability lawsuits and document requests.

* Partner with counsel to negotiate workers compensation settlements.

* Analyze loss run reporting to identify organizational trends and initiate a plan of action to reduce exposure.

* Ensure organizational health & safety and training initiatives are completed.

* Act as Chairperson for National Quarterly Health & Safety meetings.

**Requirements:**

* Bachelors degree required.

* 3+ Years of relevant experience.

* Experience as a Claims Adjuster preferred.

* Must possess excellent written, verbal and time management skills.

* Valid Drivers License.
