Company Description

Job Description

  • Maintain book of accounts and support month-end closing including inter-company and bank reconciliation
  • Circulate and code monthly credit card statements.
  • Prepare Intercompany Invoices.
  • Assemble information for weekly check runs and wire submittals.
  • Maintain supplier deposit records.
  • Reconcile fixed asset inventory.
  • Process customer payments
  • Prepare monthly and ad hoc general ledger entries by maintaining records and files.
  • Assist with financial audits by preparing schedules and supporting documentation.
  • Cross-Training as needed and other duties as assigned.
  • Provide accounting support to non-finance departments (e.g. HR, Sales, Engineering, Operations)
  • Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and innovate solutions so that the team can operate in an efficient and cost effective manner.
Qualifications

Required (Education and Technical)
  • More than three (3) years experience in an Accounting or Finance
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Experience and proficiency in full set of accounting including Account Payable, Account Receivable, General Ledger, Banking, Account Reconciliation and Analysis
  • Previous experience in ERP Systems, Epicor preferred
  • Excellent MS Office skills in Word and Excel, including V-look-ups and pivot tables.
