Our Data Innovation Consultants join our larger virtual bench, being tapped regularly to support us with ongoing client work. Client engagements can range from: Pilot Projects : Quick hit, proof-of-concept like engagements that demonstrate the impact of data innovation in a matter of weeks Accelerator Services:

Our proprietary, low-intrusive Accelerator Services that help companies you move faster with advanced analytics, progressive KPI-ing, and AI adoption. Flagship offerings include: Metrics Finder

and AI Accelerator Program . Project Engagements:

Months-long projects that help our clients gain instant lift and execution for their most important data initiative Depending on your availability and interest, you may find yourself supporting us on any of the following: Support our service delivery (from weeks-long pilot projects to months-long projects) either as a strategic partner, implementer, or techincal contributor Co-engineer solutions for our prospect — estimating cost, level of efforts and duration, team and expertise needed to deliver, etc., to support our sales team in closing the deal Identify data, AI and advanced analytics solutions that would best fit prospect needs (strategies, implementation, tools assessments, Consultants on demand, etc.) BONUS You can draw from our existing methodologies, IP, and productized service offerings Participate in client discovery workshops, diving into their environments, teams, technologies, etc., to help us expedite the sales process Produce deliverables, including strategy documents, roadmaps, ROI analyses, KPI suites, scorecards, etc. Present findings to client audiences, both technical and non-technical Implement recommended/architected solutions, potentially participating in a team environment or even leading a part of the team Deploy our service offerings to help clients innovate with data through:

Data Strategy Future of Work KPI-ing AI Use Case Identification & Acceleration Predictive Intelligence Data Storytelling ROI Analyses Correlations + Data Science Current to Future State Roadmapping Data Governance

Who You Are:

The ideal Consultant is located on or near the East Coast. Your background could be: You are a first-time or long-time Consultant looking for us to be your next big client You are looking for your next data career adventure and are interested in joining us fractionally Your experience and passion likely include: Being an expert in the field of data science and analytics. You don’t just lead teams. You’re also capable of being the hands-on practitioner. Experience working with both techincal and non-technical leaders when it comes to data-driven initiatives Participating in pre-sales calls for either internal or external clients to understand how to apply data strategically and technically to solve a pain or drive towards an exciting opportunity Successfully leading several projects in business intelligence, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and advanced analytics Comfort with being in a client-facing roles, and representing our brand SQA Group to our clients Experience facilitating workshops and/or interviewing stakeholders. Particularly helpful if in the context of building data or innovation strategies, uncovering metrics, or roadmapping initiatives. Ability to creatively architect solutions that leverage advanced analytics, machine learning, and/or artificial intelligence.
