Defense Assembly/Tester

Defense Assembly/Tester 1st Shift POSITION DETAILS Position Summary The assembly/test technician correctly assembles a CIRCOR pump to internal specifications defined by drawings & bill of materials. The employee will also safely set-up the assembled pump into a test station and verify of all performance parameters. Principal Activities Assemble CIRCOR pumps according to assembly drawing, bill of material, and job packet. Install and align pumps into test fixtures, connecting supply/return piping (oil), connecting power and sensors according to job instructions. Carryout performance and final hydrostatic tests on CIRCOR pumps using manual and electronic analysis tools. Record results as required by job packet. Perform routine in-house gage calibration.
