If that sounds like you, apply now and become part of our team at Giving HomeWe are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in San Tan Valley, AZ, to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients' homes in accordance with a physician established care plan. This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient's residence. This is a Part-Time opportunity with a minimum of 4 hours per week, great for those looking to pick up some extra hours or build a schedule outside of other engagements. Successful hires earn a bonus of $1000 after 90 days of employment Offers are contingent upon passing a background check.ResponsibilitiesProvides direct patient care within the patient's home, under the direction of the RN, and according to the Aide Plan of Care.Appropriately reports changes in the patient's condition to the RN/the care team and documents pertinent information. Practices in accordance with accepted infection control principles. Provides a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. Provides necessary assistance to patients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, proper nutrition, and adequate fluid intake.Promotes positive, supportive, and respectful communication with patients/clients, caregiver(s), families, and other employees. Provides assistance to patients with safe transfers and ambulation per the Agency policies.Completes yearly education hours.
