Neurosurgery APP

The Carle Neuroscience Institute (CNI) is seeking a Neurosurgery APP to join our group at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, Illinois.
Practice opportunity details include:
- Primarily an inpatient position with some clinic responsibilities
- Join a growing Neurosurgery team with 5 Neurosurgeons, 3 Neuro-interventional radiologists, 4daytime Neurosurgery Advanced Practice Providers and 3 nocturnist Neurosurgery Advanced Practice Providers
- Schedule is 4-10hour shifts
- Weekend rotation
- Coordinate ongoing patient care including initial consultations, rounding with the surgeons, follow-ups and provide patient/family education
- Must possess excellent clinical skills and be able to function with high level of autonomy
- Experience with neurological conditions preferred
Education Requirements:
Masters degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure
