Job Title: Social Media Strategist Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and analytical Social Media Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging social media platforms to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and ultimately, contribute to business growth. The Social Media Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms, analyzing performance metrics, and continuously optimizing campaigns to achieve measurable results. Responsibilities: Develop and execute innovative social media strategies to achieve business objectives, including but not limited to increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads. Create and curate engaging content for multiple social media platforms, tailored to the preferences of each audience segment. Manage day-to-day activities on social media platforms, including content scheduling, community engagement, and monitoring of conversations. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in social media marketing, and incorporate these insights into strategy development. Conduct thorough analysis of social media performance metrics, identify trends and insights, and use data to optimize strategies and campaigns. Monitor social media channels for mentions, trends, and competitive activity, and leverage insights to inform strategy adjustments. Stay up-to-date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and new features, and adapt strategies accordingly. Experiment with new social media platforms, tools, and formats to identify opportunities for innovation and growth. Stay informed about relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to social media marketing, ensuring compliance in all activities. Qualifications: Strong understanding of social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to various audiences. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions. Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and exploring innovative approaches to social media marketing. Experience using social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics). Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Team player with strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across departments.
