Our Sales and Customer Experience teams are vital to our Company and are responsible for driving new business revenue, uncovering expansion opportunities and supporting existing customers’ needs.
What will I be doing?
Our Sales and Customer Experience teams are vital to our Company and are responsible for driving new business revenue, uncovering expansion opportunities and supporting existing customers’ needs. You’ll:
Work with Senior Leadership to develop our presence in APAC
Carry a sales quota for APAC
Be the main liaison between the Australian team, HQ in Dublin, Ireland and Sales and CX Leaders in Utah, USA
Work closely with our Marketing team to develop and implement scalable LearnUpon’s Go-To-Market strategy
Partner with the Finance Team to analyse business performance reports on a quarterly basis
Implement sales strategies to increase brand recognition and awareness
Identify suitable partnership opportunities
Hire, manage and coach world-class Sales and CX teams
Partner with our Sales Enablement team to lead all training initiatives for the local team
Establish strong partnerships & alignment with key stakeholders at all levels in the organization including Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing
Be comfortable in working autonomously
Be available to travel within Australia and internationally as required
What skills do I need?
At least 10 years’ experience working in B2B SaaS Or Corporate Learning Programs
At least 5 years’ experience in a management / leadership role
Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders
Excellent networking skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Experience working with international teams

What is the Hiring Process?
