Position Summary As the Senior Director, Product Growth at ReflexMD, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our growth trajectory. Your mission is to improve our landing page and customer onboarding experience to drive constant performance improvements. You will use data driven decision making and rapid iteration to improve conversion rate and lifetime value. Key Responsibilities: Growth Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute growth strategies that accelerate user acquisition, retention, and engagement. Identify market opportunities, conduct competitive analysis, and drive customer-centric landing page and funnel enhancements. Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and design teams to achieve growth goals. Product Leadership from first touch to on-boarding: Implement conversion rate optimization program to drive constant improvement in our funnel Champion user feedback and iterate on product improvements. Improve the look and feel of our user experience without sacrificing performance. Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics to inform product decisions. Create and improve an analytical framework for constant improvement Conduct A/B tests, analyze user behavior, and optimize conversion funnels. Team Management: Lead and inspire a team of product managers, growth specialists, and analysts. Foster a collaborative and innovative culture. Mentor team members and provide growth opportunities. Startup Mindset: You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and are comfortable with ambiguity. Health & Wellness Passion: An understanding of the health and wellness industry, consumer behavior, and trends. Product Expertise: Proven experience in product management, growth, or related roles. Data Fluency: Comfortable with data tools, A/B testing, and user analytics. Leadership Skills: Ability to influence and drive results across teams.
