Currently, we are hiring for our Marketing Representative Team This position is designed to train, coach, and develop our employees with the intent of advancement and better opportunities. You will work your way through different roles to gain a complete understanding of how our company operates and grows.

**Our goal is to provide career-minded individuals the tools and skills necessary to join our management team within 2-3 years**

POSITION DETAILS:

Fall/Winter/Spring - Marketing Representative
  • Responsible for generating leads by offering free, no-obligation lawn care quotes to homeowners
  • Door to door community outreach, No selling is required
  • Monday-Friday, 10:30am - 7:00pm
  • $18 - 25 per hour after training, $18 per hour for training
Summer/Fall - Lawn Care Technician
  • Perform fertilizer, weed control, and insect applications for our residential customers
  • Quote potential customers in the field for lawn care services
  • Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 3pm (varies throughout the season)
  • $20 - 30 / hr average, $30+ / hr top performers

Weed Man is looking for highly motivated and passionate individuals who meet the following:

  • Clean driving record and insurable under company provider, reliable transportation
  • Available to work evening hours during the winter, flexible hours available on weekends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
