We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join us as a temporary HR Assistant Bryan TX. The position requires a commitment of 30-40 hours per week for $15.00 an hour, with a standard Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive support to our HR department. Required qualifications include intermediate computer skills, strong communication abilities, exceptional organizational skills, and the capacity to handle a substantial workload with minimal supervision. Maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion with records is crucial. Successful candidates will also demonstrate effective interpersonal skills for interactions with peers, superiors, and the general public. Job Duties for HR Assistant Bryan TX: Front Desk Operations:
- Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Greet office visitors and provide assistance as needed.
- Issue and manage ID badges for employees.
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain electronic employee information.
- Conduct document scanning, copying, research, classifying, indexing, filing, storing, auditing, and other record management activities.
- Assist in pre-employment processing.
- Prepare information and handle other administrative tasks related to onboarding.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department.
- Assist with event support, HR programming, and general staff support.

- Possess intermediate-level computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, and data entry.
- Ability to quickly learn software related to department functions.
- Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to compose and prepare correspondence and documents.
- Well-organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle a large volume of work under minimal supervision.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise considerable discretion with regard to records and files.
- Ability to deal effectively and courteously with peers, superiors, and the general public.
