Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations. Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations that may impact the organization. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. Streamline financial processes to increase efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and other departments. Qualifications:

Proficient in Quickbooks Hospitality industry experience preferred (Restaurants, Festivals, or Live Entertainment Venues) Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
