We are seeking a

Marketing Program Manager

on a

contract basis

to support our Customer’s business needs. This role is

a hybrid setup at our Customer's Mountain View, San Diego or San Francisco, CA office.

What You'll Do: Develop, manage, and adjust timelines for all projects, balancing the scope of work with the internal and agency teams’ capacities Collect all the critical ‘need by’ deliverable or decision dates, and partner effectively with the appropriate stakeholders to ensure everything stays on track, and proactively address any issues that may impact deadlines or deliverables Lead and organize project meetings, ensuring each session has clear objectives, documented outcomes, and defined next steps Facilitate internal circulation of campaign elements to collaborate with cross-functional teams (including social, PR, media team, etc.) Organize media specs, channel requirements, and best practices for cross-channel deliverables Keep track of versioning, feedback and direction provided to the agency and ensure all inputs provided to the agency are addressed QA all creative materials and ensure flawless execution of final assets Coordinate seamless delivery of final assets and launch times to corresponding cross-channel teams Act as a steward of the company brand, making sure creative meets brand and legal guidelines Drive claims substantiation and network clearance for TV commercials Initiate purchase order requests and organize all project estimates and invoices to help with reconciliation of billing Our Customer is a business and financial software company that develops and sells financial, accounting, and tax preparation software and related services for small businesses, accountants, and individuals. Must-haves:

A Bachelor's degree, MBA valuable At least 3-5 years agency or client-side brand advertising experience Highly organized timeline management across multiple projects within tight deadlines Exceptional attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to adapt to new situations, solve problems on the fly, and communicate with those around you (including senior leaders) Energy and motivation to drive results in a challenging, fast-paced environment and always looking for ways to make processes more efficient ‘Always learning’ attitude and ambition to grow Technology sector a plus
