**In your role, you will**
+ Candidate must have the ability to work well with shop floor personal as well as engineering peers & leaders, demonstrate ability to project manage task from start to finish with minimal guidance. Competent in Manufacturing engineering subjects and applications with the ability to work with multidisciplined teams.
+ Candidate will use data-driven problem-solving techniques designed to identify and address quality issues in a process, which improves its outcomes and makes these improvements more predictable.
+ Candidate must possess continuous improvement mindset, dedicated, customer focused, with a willingness to challenge the status quo. Must be a good listener, advocate for common sense, an Integrator, an enabler, flexible, agile, nimble, analytical, factual, an introspective thinker, a proactive planner & predictive.

Students of industrial engineering, manufacturing, or reference.
Be available to carry out their internship on site.
Knowledge:
Apply advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts. Contributes to the development of new principles, concepts and future Technologies.
Problem Solving:
Work on complex technical problems and provide solutions which are highly innovative and ingenious.
Impact:
Develops advanced technological ideas and guides their development into the final product.
Integrator:
Acts as advisor to management and customers providing technical assistance to obtain the desired results via data driven conversations.
Project Management:
Focuses on planning and organizing a project and its resources. This includes identifying and managing the lifecycle to be used, applying it to the user-centered design process, formulating the project team, and efficiently guiding the team through all phases until project completion.
