The Opportunity:

As a Hospitality assistants (HA) you will assist with all the "little things" that become "BIG things" for our residents including supply stocking, laundry, life enrichment and assistance with meal. While doing these activities, HA provide help and companionship to our residents, families, and staff.

We have full time and part time shifts available. Starting pay up to $17.50 per hour. We also offer incentive pay for working additional hours beyond your schedule. Shifts are 7:00am-3:30pm and 11:00am-7:00pm.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide quality care to residents, promoting their rights, dignity, and individuality.
  • Attend to the needs of the residents and staff such as answering call lights, escorting residents to activities, assisting with the dining process, stocking rooms.
  • Maintain a safe, homelike environment for residents.
  • Promote Person Centered Service in all interactions.
  • Create deep relationships with residents, coworkers and families.
What You Bring:
  • High motivation and the ability to work independently.
  • Organization and prioritizing of daily tasks.
  • The ability to work with a variety of populations of residents including those who have dementia or mental illnesses.
  • Good physical health including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching above your head.
