North America Job Description: Contract Administrator

We are looking for a responsible

Contract Administrator

to join our team. Main duties will be to prepare, review and organize various company contracts, including purchases, sales and business partnerships.

Principle Functions / Responsibilities: Prepare and distribute contracts and attendant documents to customers, subcontractors, and suppliers Manage contract renewal schedule Assist with Salesforce rollout for contract management Perform contract audits including gathering data from multiple departments Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings Perform administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, drafting correspondence, and conducting research

Essential Experience: A successful Contract Administrator will demonstrate a strong attention to detail along with the ability to organize department resources and identify contract risks. Our ideal candidate has previous experience managing contracts and is familiar with legal requirements and terms of use. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required, associate degree preferred 3-5 years of relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative, clerical role Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation Strong attention to detail Ability to exercise initiative and sound judgment and to react with discretion under varying conditions Excellent computer skills in MS Office Experience with Salesforce is a plus

Essential Characteristics The candidate must be a professional and team-oriented individual with the ability to problem solve by thinking “outside of the box”, remain calm and contain composure during high pressure or chaotic situations, and have good judgement to escalate or deescalate when needed.
