Education - Required

Bachelors Degree in Information Technology related field of studyExperience - Required:

Working with the Integration Group for data feeds (e.g. Find a Doctor, Goodstanding Letter, Privileges accessible to LVHN network users, RSL Solutions (Patient Safety), Sonify)Documentation experience for writing up process flowsKnowledge of workflow design principles (specific steps would be unique to Credential Stream, but understanding principles will be key) or must have ability to engage with seasoned credentialers to ask the questions to gain understanding for building the workflow design and be able to work with Credentialers in refining the workflows.Hands-on experience designing online input forms (expecting to use drag and drop tools, not programming)Hands-on experience with Microsoft office (Word documents, merging data to letters, setting up email templates, etc.)Reports designExperience with databases (understanding table relationships for cause and effect of placement of data entry and impact on workflows and reports)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required/Preferred

Database managementWorkflow design/testing and implementation/quality controlTechnical documentation of workflows for education/training of usersEffective communication skills to work with users to understand current workflows so that needs are accommodated in the new softwares newly designed workflowsAttention to detailSelf-motivatedExcellent time management skills; able to effectively prioritizeCredentialing knowledge

Essential Functions - Required

Process Documentation

System Configuration (e.g. how to set up new users joining Client or Provider Enrollment, or other areas for Read Only access)Credentialing ProcessesEnrollment Processes

Building initial and reappointment applicationsBuilding Enrollment ApplicationsBuilding Workflows for both Client and Enrollment

E.g. expirables, reappointment, initial appointment, committee review and approval

Building the various letters and communications that we will use both in Client and EnrollmentBuilding reports for monitoring and tracking
