Our Team Members receive: Pay: $17.95 per hour PLUS estimated average tips per hour of $3.80 - $4.58 75% off meals Earn tips for every hour worked, in addition to hourly pay Excellent position training and career development programs Benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Supplemental Health insurance (Hospital & Accident), and Life & Disability Insurance - initial waiting period for eligibility after 6 months Restaurant Line Cooks - Salad and Sandwich: Primary Responsibilities: A Line Cook - Cold Side Team Member is responsible for the preparation, production, and service of visually appealing, high quality foods, on the Cold Side of the line; primarily in the Sandwich and Salad station, in accordance with Urban Plates recipes and procedures. Expected Behaviors: Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills. High energy with ability to work in a high-volume environment on a consistent basis. The ability to consistently maintain a clean, professional and presentable appearance and demeanor. Must have a ready smile and willingness to make a connection with each guest.
