Our business is about taking care of mother earth through the sustainability of recycling brush , trees, plants , yard waste. food waste, etc. We recycle it into mulches, compost , and introduce it into our soils for planting and stimulating of gardens, landscapes, trees, plants, keeping the "Green Effect" alive.

Qualifications:

: High School or GED equivalent

: INTEGRITY - An authentic commitment to moral and ethical behavior.

: EXCELLENCE - A disciplined approach to achieve outstanding results through continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

: The Cashier is responsible for register transactions involving the sale and/return of merchandise.

: Project a positive representation of Missouri Organic Recycling

: Project a friendly, outgoing demeanor; work well with customers as well as associates.

: Answer and monitor all calls and emails promptly, courteously and effectively.

: Communicate any problem or issue that requires management assistance.

: Continually build product knowledge base and possess the ability to assist customers with site layout and product location.

: Follow all cash register transaction procedures

: Responsible for balancing the register drawer.

: Availability to work Saturdays.

: Front End Appearance and upkeep.

: Ensure bulk and bagged products are stocked at all times.

: Perform all other duties as assigned.
