Titoli di studio

Capgemini Engineering è alla ricerca di risorsa da inserire come Senior Project Manager per la sede di Roma, ma verranno valutate positivamente anche altre nostre sedi sul territorio nazionale. 

La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno della nostra practice di Manufacturing & Operations, in particolare nella Discipline Industrial Operations. 

La risorsa sarà coinvolta in progetti afferenti al mondo Energy & Construction, svolgendo attività legate alla modellizzazione e gestione di progetti di Engineering & Construction a complessità da media ad elevata e al Controllo delle commesse in termini di budgeting, forecasting, Actual, Earned Value.

I requisiti che la nostra risorsa ideale possiede sono i seguenti: 

  • Esperienza di almeno 3 anni nel ruolo di Project Manager.
  • Uso avanzato di Excel ed MS Project.
  • Certificazione PMP (mandatoria);
  • Attitudine alle sfide e a lavorare per progetti ed obiettivi. 
  • Capacità di comunicazione assertiva orientata al cambiamento;
  • Buone capacità comunicative all'interno di organizzazioni complesse e capacità di interfacciarsi con tutti i livelli dell’organizzazione;
  • Buone capacità nel lavoro di squadra.
