Reporting Structure

The Shipping/Receiving Clerk reports directly to the Materials Manager.

Key Performance Indicators / Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Keeps records on incoming shipments.

+ Compare identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.

+ Route items to departments.

+ Examine incoming shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications.

+ Ensure compliance with the Avmax Montana RSQCM.

+ Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies.

+ General upkeep of the receiving area.

Qualifications Required:

+ Excellent organizational skills.

+ Excellent oral and written communication skills.

+ Genial, friendly manner.

+ HS Diploma.

Experience:

+ Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.

+ Aviation experience is preferred.
