Retail Sales Associates contribute to our daily store operations and act as our greatest brand ambassadors.Essential Job Duties: Ensure each guest receives a stellar experience and is welcomed into the store and greeted with our custom step-in lines.Field guest questions concerning product information, price and uses for products.Establish rapport with guests to ensure their return and/or word of mouth advertising.Maintain merchandise and product inventory levels throughout the store (on shelves, counters, tables and containers). Help maintain store appearance by contributing toward daily routines.Assess store inventory levels; notify management of replenishment requirements.Price merchandise with labels, SKU's, prices and locations.Maintain solid, accurate and current product knowledge to adequately promote product by reading applicable publications and attending required training activities.
