Job DescriptionESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPerform routine inspections and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions to ensure optimal performance.Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory.Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.Monitor energy consumption and recommend energy-saving initiatives.Conduct safety inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.Assist in the planning and execution of facility improvement projects.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred.Proven experience as a Facilities Engineer or similar role.Strong knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software.Proficiency in electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage applications.Experience with stick welding and industrial mechanics.Knowledge of HVAC/R systems and/or troubleshooting techniques and/or HVAC License, and/or Electrical Professional Engineer.Technical sales experience is a plus.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Bilingual in Mandarin or another language is a plus.Ability to travel to Asia for training program.
