The Process Improvement Engineering will be part Process and Performance team as they transform the organization by establishing "what good looks like" for Enterprise Technology, ensuring teams are focused on the highest priorities, and acting as the process competency center for an effective and efficient organization. They are responsible for understanding the process issues within the organization, designing and implementing high-impact solutions, and measuring results to drive continuous improvement.

A Process Improvement Engineering combines process and systems to deliver tools and efficiencies in an end to end process. Job duties are to research information on current features of a process and assists in making recommendations to management on how to improve quality process problems to reduce errors, improve efficiency, and maximize resources. Excellent written and verbal communication, data analysis, and analytical problem-solving.
The team has been accessing core areas of the organization that require increased effectiveness and efficiencies that will drive cost savings and improved customer satisfaction with our Business Segments.

Basic Qualification:
Process Improvement
•Identify strengths and areas for process improvement, establishing links between business strategies and improvement initiatives.
•Assist in modeling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques.
•Assist in root cause analysis and assist in creating recommendations for improvement.
•Meet with business and technical leaders to identify and scope opportunities, outline potential value and ROI, and identify risks and constraints.
•Assists Senior Architects in interpreting internal and external business issues and recommends best practices.
•Capture the tactical and strategic business goals that provide traceability through the organization and map them to metrics that provide ongoing governance capability.
•Evaluate existing processes using interviews, workshops, document analysis, surveys, Kaizen Events, user scenarios, process maps, task and workflow analysis.
•Define the data elements shared between the various business units in the enterprise and the relationships between those data elements and processes, people, systems, and other process elements.
•Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas in order to achieve a common business objective.
•Able to produce and review process documentation necessary to educate practitioners, e.g., As-Is and To-Be Flows, RACIs, guidelines, procedures, knowledge articles, and presentations.
•Assembles reports to document process improvement status and changes
•Tracks metrics to discover areas for improvement and monitor results
•Understand relational database structure and can do lite data analysis.

Experience/Skills
Bachelor's degree (Industrial Engineering preferred or related).
ITIL Certified (Preferred)
Lean Six Sigma Certified (Preferred)

Passionate about using data to solve pressing and/or difficult questions
•Able to investigate and analyze complex scenarios and solve problems in innovative ways
•Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to articulate complex issues to a variety of audiences
•Strong attention to detail
