Position Overview: We are seeking an expert management consultant, business builder, and practice leader to join our leadership team as the Consulting Lead for AI Native Revenue Systems. This role will work closely with the CEO to develop and lead our global consulting and services practice, helping companies transition to AI-native operations and build autonomous revenue systems. The right candidate will have deep expertise in go-to-market operations, encompassing the entire customer journey and internal teams such as marketing, sales, and success.

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Consulting Leadership : Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for building and delivering AI-native revenue systems, enhancing market fit, and driving customer success. Business Development : Establish and grow a global consulting and services practice focused on helping companies implement AI-native operations. Customer Journey Optimization : Lead consulting engagements that optimize the end-to-end customer journey, leveraging AI to improve efficiency and drive revenue growth. Team Building and Management : Assemble and lead a high-performing consulting team dedicated to delivering strategic objectives and exceptional customer outcomes. Market Leadership : Maintain a cutting-edge understanding of AI and autonomous technologies, continuously enhancing our offerings based on customer feedback and market trends.

Requirements: Proven Leadership : Extensive experience in leading consulting services, particularly in high-tech or AI-focused companies. Go-to-Market Expertise : Deep knowledge of go-to-market operations, including marketing, sales, and customer success, with a track record of driving revenue growth. Top Tier Consulting Background : Experience working at a top-tier consulting firm, dealing with B2B sales teams and technology practices. Exceptional Communication Skills : Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to foster strong relationships and lead diverse teams. Analytical Mindset : Proficiency in using data to drive strategic decisions and improve customer outcomes. Customer-Centric Approach : Strong focus on customer satisfaction, trust-building, and delivering measurable results. AI and Automation Proficiency : Extensive experience deploying AI and autonomous technologies in practical, revenue-generating applications.
