HSE Advisor

We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an HSE Advisor. The role will provide full time on site HSE advice at Eccles in Scotland and further develop the positive HSE culture through engagement and auditing of on site contractors. You will be from a construction/electrical background. Please note we are unable to provide visa sponsorship on this position. Full Time on Site HSE Advisor in Scotland Responsibilities: Provide cost effective specialist HSE support and advice to tendering and project delivery teams throughout the project life cycle. Support the development of processes consistent with Legislation, Group and ESI / Construction Industry best practice. Provide internal service for audit and inspection of projects and departmental processes to monitor performance & identify areas for improvement. Support HSE performance improvement strategies and campaigns linked to key business objectives & targets for implementation internally & through supply chain partners. Produce monthly HSE KPIs and management information for review and action by the Management Team. Background: HSE professional with project/construction experience. Qualified to NEBOSH Construction level in HSE Management. Conversant with relevant ISO standards. Computer literate & proficient IT skills. Tech IOSH or above. Desirable: HV power systems experience.
