This role is a key role in AMEND's growth plan. This individual needs to be disciplined, resourceful, and relentless. They are natural problem solvers and don't sit idle waiting for others to help them. Success in this role will be indicated by the ability to identify cold target leads, nurture the lead into a warm introduction, overcome initial objections or limited engagement, and continue to work the lead to increase the odds of it turning into a qualified opportunity.

Job Overview:

This role will be a primarily externally facing role with responsibility over successful completion of lead identification, lead mining, lead nourishment, and introduction appointment setting that enables AMEND to exceed our new growth objectives. This person must be comfortable with a high volume of outbound activity, tracking of weekly metrics and must bring the perseverance required to achieve goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Identification
  • Responsible for data-driven approach to finding markets and industries within AMEND's target.
  • Identify and research potential leads based on the target audience and market.
  • Use various tools and methods to gather information about potential customers.
  • Identify and penetrate Centers of Influence, references, and network connections to enrich lead introductions.
External Outreach
  • Develop and implement effective outreach strategies to engage potential leads.
  • Utilize multiple communication channels such as email, social media, and cold calling.
  • Participate and Plan Sales Events (Conferences, Hosted Events, Webinars, Campaigns)
Internal Collaboration
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals.
  • Work closely with sales manager to fully comprehend AMEND's target markets and prioritized service offerings.
  • Provide feedback on the quality of leads and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage and organize leads; Ensure accurate and up-to-date information within the CRM system.
Data Analysis
  • Analyze data related to lead generation efforts and use insights to refine strategies.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of lead generation campaigns.
Other
  • Responsible for achievement of personal targets pertaining to prospecting quantity and quality.
  • Responsible for achievement of personal targets pertaining to setting qualified opportunity introductions for Sales Executives.
  • Responsible for the timely completion of all lead generation pipeline tasks and pipeline management. Responsible for contribution to the continuous improvement of AMEND's prospecting process.
Qualifications:
  • Established track record of success in fast-paced, solutions and products environment
  • Excellent communication (verbal/ written) and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette and persuasive skills
  • Knowledge of business development strategies and techniques
  • Past Lead Generation experience
  • Experienced with LinkedIn
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks is required
  • Ability to interface and engage with client executives
  • Business acumen required; familiarity with manufacturing and technology solutions preferred
