What you need to know about the position:+ As an RN you are assigned to units based on your prior experience in caring for patients of similar acuity and needs.+ Our currents needs are - ICU Night shift (7pm-7:30am) including + Caring for patients recovering from open-heart surgery 1-2 days post or+ Caring for patients on intubation, ventilation and life-sustaining medication drips+ Schedule requirements: + Required to work at least 36 hours per week, scheduled in 12-hour shifts+ Night shift (7pm-7:30am) and every 3rd weekend+ Requires at least a 6-week commitment, extensions may be available+ Required to participate in weekend and holiday schedules+ Our Staffing Reserve RNs are paid $60 per hour while also being eligible for Overtime, applicable shift differentials and Holiday/Sunday premium pay+ You are an employee of CRH but not eligible for benefitsWhat is required for this position:+ Upon hire, you must have: + Associate of Science in Nursing, Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred+ Indiana License or a Multi-State Compact License as a Registered Nurse+ Basic Life Support (BLS) certification+ Some RN units may require Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire+ We are seeking an RN with at least 3 years of RN experience in an ICU caring for similar types of patients.This position requires frequent standing, walking, talking and listening and lifting or moving more than 50 lbs.
