As a Training & Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for acting as a DM consultant helping to identify issues and finding solutions, training doctors and their staff on the Dental Monitoring software and on the implementation of the software in the everyday life of their practice.

Understanding the DM value proposition and how significantly it can change a dental/ortho practice workflow Training and support of newly acquired customers, retraining of underperforming ones, customer adoption journey both remote online and in-practice and ensure clinical support is provided along the full Build and execute strategic account plans to exceed sales targets, company KPIs, and objectives Partner with customers and KOLs to understand their business objectives and critical issues Visit existing and potential clients regularly to evaluate needs or promote products and services Attend trade shows, both local and international Work in and communicate in a multifunctional team Feedback to management team on market trends and competition Travel to train and support on site, as and when required Essential Qualifications

Experience and proven success in a training/education/clinical role, either having worked in a practice or working within industry A clear understanding of the conceptual/consultative selling approach Experience and proven success in a training/education/clinical role, either having worked in a practice or from working within industry A clear understanding of the conceptual/consultative selling approach A background in med-tech, dental or ortho The ability to build and maintain positive mutual partnerships with internal and external customers The ability to work comfortably in a fast paced environment and in field force Native Speaker of the local language and good level of English Preferred Qualifications

Strong organizational skills A high level of IT knowledge and high appreciation for new technology Ability to influence and provoke customers ways of thinking Your working environment
