Job Description All Lines Technology is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to join our team This person will be responsible for effective provisioning, installation and configuration, operation, monitoring, and maintenance of systems hardware, software, peripherals and user support.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for designing and maintaining networks, including local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), virtual private networks (VPNs), wireless networks, and other data and voice communications systems. Maintain servers, storage and backup solutions. Design, specify, configure, install, maintain, and monitor the bank’s Microsoft based resources such as personal computers, system software, software applications, printers, servers. Administer the Microsoft Active Directory environment, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SQL and all other ancillary systems. Establish and maintain Active Directory group policies, network users, user environment, directories and security. Oversee the implementation of new applications and changes to existing computer systems and software, and evaluating new hardware and software to meet company needs. Ensure the smooth operation of hardware systems by coordinating maintenance and repairs for servers, personal computers and peripherals. Implement all IT related policies and procedures, including IT Security, Patch Management and Disaster Recovery Follow change management process within the IT department to ensure changes are properly documented, communicated and reviewed for continual process improvement. Evaluate the condition and operation of information systems, allocating system resources for maximum performance and reliability. Maintain current and accurate documentation of all systems, applications and procedures. Apply software upgrades and patches as directed by information system vendors. Collect, analyze, and monitor system performance statistics and error logs. Ensure the expedient resolution of all helpdesk requests. Ensure that standards, schedules and logs are maintained. Maintain knowledge of current information systems technology and regulations. Evaluate and recommend upgrades of hardware and software, or modifications to procedures to improve efficiency and maintain regulatory compliance. Provide technical direction and support in the development and support of business systems software and procedures. Provide technical support to personal computer users by analyzing and resolving problems and supplying information concerning system/product selection and use.

working in teams Self-starter/motivator Ability to handle change and ambiguity Tier I, II and III support experience Microsoft Windows Server, Exchange Server, Active Directory, WSUS, SQL, IIS, SharePoint, PowerShell Scripting VMware, VEEAM, SAN, Backup, Replication Networking Knowledge Network Hardware Configuration Network Maintenance Phone System Support Strong Microsoft Office applications skill set Excellent project management and time management skills Advanced knowledge of system vulnerabilities and security issues Ability to respond when needed 24 hours/day, 7 days/week if a system issue arises. Minimum Qualifications:

Five (5) years of related IT experience along with working technical knowledge of networking, infrastructure and application support Bachelor’s degree in Information Science or a related field Professional certifications strongly preferred (ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while remaining calm and effective Effective prioritization and project management skills Demonstrated customer service and support skills Powered by JazzHR zGzwQemBYI
