- Greets customers as they enter the dealership and accompany the to the a appropriate department for a warm handoff.
- Answers phone calls, directing customers to the correct department in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Ensure that the customers are connected promptly and not left on hold for extended periods.
- Listen empathetically to customer concerns and direct them to the appropriate department manager
- Build rapport with team members in other departments to facilitate smooth communication and transfers.
- Scan documents for electronic storage and maintain organized records.
- Refresh waiting areas, attend to coffee bar, and restock items as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Assist with cashier duties as needed, including processing payments, applying discounts, and balancing transactions at the end of the day.
- Support inventory management by stocking cars in the internal computer system, creating tags, assembling packets, and processing dealer trade paperwork.
- Must be able to work a full time schedule of Monday - Thursday 12pm-9pm and alternating Friday & Saturday 9a-6p
- High School Diploma or GED, preferred
- Proficiency with computers, calculators, copiers, scanners, and other standard office equipment
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time and escort clients to various departments
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening
