Job Title: Business Valuation Analyst

Location: Twin Cities, MN

Compensation: $115K - $135K + Bonus

Role Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Valuation Analyst to join this dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing shareholder value through comprehensive financial analysis. You will also be deeply involved in long-range strategic planning, providing key insights that will shape the future direction of the company. This position offers exceptional visibility to executive leadership, providing a unique opportunity to influence high-level decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth business valuation analyses to support corporate finance activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate strategic opportunities and investment decisions.
  • Develop and present financial models and forecasts that inform long-term strategic planning.
  • Provide critical insights on market trends, competitive positioning, and industry developments.
  • Partner with executive leadership to drive shareholder value and support business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business valuation, investment banking, private equity, financial analysis, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality analysis in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with strategic planning and corporate finance principles.
