Voor GGZ inGeest is ADJ op zoek naar een energieke Manager Business Control. Er is ruimte voor een ambitieuze startende leidinggevende. Als Manager Business Control speel je een sleutelrol in de organisatie. Je bent de rechterhand van de directeur Financiën op de financiële en bedrijfsmatige vraagstukken. Je geeft leiding aan het team van 5 business controllers. Je denkt altijd één stap vooruit en je signaleert doorlopend verbeterpunten in de dagelijkse dienstverlening. Zo draag je iedere dag bij aan de beste zorg, zowel voor je collega’s als voor hun cliënten.

Functieomschrijving
Je geeft leiding aan het team van 5 business controllers, die werkzaam zijn voor de clusters, ondersteunende diensten en op concernniveau;
Je bent, samen met de directeur Financiën, BI, FA, zorgverkoop en de business controllers, verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, beheren, uitvoeren en bewaken van het financieel-economisch beleid en de planning en control cyclus, waaronder de begroting, diverse (management)rapportages en de jaarrekening;
Je valt hiërarchisch onder de directeur Financiën en maakt deel uit van het MT Financiën, samen met de Manager Business Intelligence, Manager Zorgadministratie & -logistiek, Manager Financiële Administratie en de Manager Zorgverkoop;
Als Manager Business Control zorg je voor een betrouwbare en professionele invulling van de financiële advies- en beheerfunctie;
Je zorgt voor het continu realiseren van verbetering van de dienstverlening vanuit een vakinhoudelijke expertrol;
Je participeert in en leidt als Business Control complexe projecten op het gebied van financiën;
Je zorgt voor de verbinding met de clusterdirecteuren op de overkoepelende (landelijke) thema’s op concernniveau.
Je hebt een afgeronde WO-opleiding, bij voorkeur richting finance & control, economie en/of bedrijfseconomie.
Je bent toe aan de volgende stap in je carrière en wilt graag een leidinggevende functie.
Het is een pre als je kennis hebt van zorgprocessen en wet- en regelgeving omtrent de financiering in de gezondheidszorg.
Je beschikt over ruime kennis van planning en control processen alsmede kennis van in- en externe verslaglegging.
Je bent positief, energiek, organisatiesensitief en je weet mensen te motiveren en te enthousiasmeren.
Je werkt resultaatgericht en komt afspraken na. Je neemt graag het initiatief, weet zaken helder te structureren, bent overtuigend en weet wat doorzetten is. Je communiceert gemakkelijk op alle niveaus van de organisatie.
Organisatie
GGZ inGeest biedt diverse vormen van psychische gezondheidszorg vanuit 12 locaties die zich bevinden in Amsterdam, Amstelveen, Bennebroek, Haarlem en Hoofddorp. Deze zorg is verdeeld over de clusters klinieken, spoedeisende psychiatrie, FACT en Poliklinieken. Samen met hogescholen en universiteiten verzorgt GGZ inGeest verschillende opleidingen zoals de opleiding tot verpleegkundige, gz-psycholoog en verpleegkundig specialist GGZ. Samen met de partners verricht GGZ inGeest innovatief – soms baanbrekend – wetenschappelijk onderzoek in academische werkplaatsen.
Daarnaast wordt de organisatie ondersteund door de diensten HR, Bestuurszaken, ICT, Facilitair & Huisvesting en Financiën. Bij GGZ inGeest werken ongeveer 1.900 medewerkers.
Afdeling
Binnen de dienst Financiën werken ongeveer 100 fte, die direct worden aangestuurd door vijf managers en indirect door de directeur Financiën. Onder de dienst zijn de volgende afdelingen gepositioneerd: Zorg Administratie & Logistieke ondersteuning, Financiële Administratie, Business Intelligence en Zorgverkoop en Business Control.
Je komt te werken op de afdeling Business Control op de Overschiestraat in Amsterdam. De afdeling bestaat uit 5 business controllers. De meeste teamleden zijn relatief jong.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
De functie is ingeschaald in FWG 70 CAO GGZ en bedraagt maximaal €7.419 bruto per maand bij een fulltime dienstverband van 36 uur p/w. Je salaris hangt samen met je ervaring.
Je krijgt een jaarcontract, uiteraard met de intentie om je daarna, bij wederzijdse tevredenheid, een vast contract aan te bieden.
