Description

Oliver Royale is looking for a skilled Bartender to join our team. As part of our dedicated team, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing guests' overall experience, making every visit unforgettable.

Responsibilities

•Professionally and amicably providing all guests with exceptional service
•Focusing on performance, productivity and teamwork for the entirety of the shift
•Behaving with poise and composure under pressure and high-volume
•Communicating to leadership and teammates when help/assistance is needed
•Having extensive knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and bar preparation techniques
•Explaining menus to guests with ability to answer all questions seamlessly
•Aiding with opening duties, closing duties, and cleaning tasks
•Demonstrating proper drink construction and pour consistency
•Maintaining bar cleanliness and stocking to a high standard
•Assisting with events/buyouts as needed

Qualifications

•Bartending experience required
•Hospitality experience required
•Must be eligible to work in the USA
