**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Parts Runner/Field Support team member to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring efficient operations by supporting our field technicians and managing warehouse inventory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for running parts to various job sites, assisting with minor fleet operations, and maintaining inventory control in our warehouse. This position offers heavy training in warehouse management and parts handling.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Parts Running:
    • Deliver parts and equipment to field technicians at various job sites in a timely manner.
    • Ensure accurate and efficient transport of parts, maintaining high standards of service.
  • Warehouse Inventory Control:
    • Assist in the organization and management of warehouse inventory.
    • Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
    • Help maintain an orderly and clean warehouse environment.
  • Field Support:
    • Provide support to field technicians by delivering tools and materials as needed.
    • Assist in the setup and breakdown of job sites.
  • Fleet Operations:
    • Transport company vehicles to and from job sites or maintenance facilities.
    • Assist in minor vehicle maintenance and inspections.
    • Ensure vehicles are properly stocked with necessary supplies and tools.

**Additional Duties:**

  • Participate in training programs to develop skills and knowledge in HVAC, Electric, and Plumbing services.
  • Support other operational tasks as needed to ensure smooth company operations.

**Qualifications:**

  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or knowledge of HVAC, Electric, and Plumbing parts is a plus but not required.
