Dual Enrollment Advisor

The Online Learning Dual Enrollment Advisor effectively engages and approves program applicants, verifies enrollment authorization and registration, provides general and technical support for students regarding Canvas, Eagle's Nest, Panopto and Respondus, oversees communications and supports promotes program growth.

Process Applicants

Effectively utilize Sales Force and other platforms to engage and approve applicants for the dual enrollment program.

Verify Authorization and Registration Processes

Ensure that dual enrollment students properly submit eligible dual enrollment authorization forms for every term that they are enrolled. Ensure that all students complete registration in a timely manner, and assist with questions as needed.

Provide Technical Support

Provide direct support to dual enrollment students to answer all questions relating to the Canvas LMS, Eagle's Nest, the Panopto video viewing system and the Respondus online proctoring service.

Oversee Communication and Program Growth

Facilitate communication and inquiry resolution between dual enrollees and other departments. Provide support to schools, students, parents, and faculty regarding enrollment, academic progress and course success. Regularly promote the dual enrollment program through coordinated outreach and reminders to current and prospective students.

College Degree, HS (Required)

Work Experience
1+ years in an office, 1+ years in online learning

Physical Requirements and Skills
Detailed, Interpersonal Relationships, Microsoft Applications, Operating Office Equipment, Organizing, Stamina to perform typical office functions
