Position Summary

Evaluates, writes, and fills work orders and warranty claims. Coordinates warranty information and establishes policy settlements for equipment out of warranty.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains productive relationships with designated warranty representatives.
• Collects and analyzes data for completion and accuracy prior to submitting warranty claims.
• Processes, files, and tracks warranty claims through manufacturer web portals.
• Advises the warranty supervisor on potential policy settlements for out of coverage equipment.
• Communicates with field maintenance teams to validate and gather additional information for warranty claims.
• Provides management with weekly claims processing data.
• Updates local and original equipment manufacturer warranty claim tracking databases.
• Achieves monthly warranty recovery goals.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience.
• Knowledge of Freightliner's Online Warranty Link a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Pay Rate: $21.75 - $25.10 per hour, based on experience
