Mindfully Psychiatry is seeking Board-Certified Psychiatrists for our expanding psychiatry services. Full-time is preferred, but part-time availability will also be considered. The practice locations are Cincinnati, Marion, and Strongsville, Ohio (may choose one). The work consists of providing psychiatric services to adult and child/adolescent patients of the practice, which will be a combination of in office and telehealth. The psychiatrist will also supervise nurse practitioners in their specific office.

Our private practice offers autonomy and independence while maintaining a sense of community, and our Mindfully Academy provides training opportunities in different modalities and specializations, such as DBT, EMDR, child/Adolescent, SUD, Couples/IFS/Emotion Focused/Gottman and much more.

Compensation can be a combination of salary and productivity, depending on full or part-time status. Productivity compensation can exceed $300,000 with no cap.

Responsibilities:
  • Manages the healthcare of patients with compassion, cultural sensitivity, and preserves dignity and rights
  • Prescribes and manages medications and non-pharmacological therapies based on the patient's diagnoses, health history, and age
  • Applies standardized care guidelines in clinical practice
  • Performs designated procedures
  • Ensures compliance
  • Works collaboratively with integrated team, including PMHNP and counselors
Qualifications and skills:
  • Required License - Psychiatry
  • Active and unrestricted OH license to practice medicine
  • Ability to function as an effective member of an integrated healthcare team
