Agreement Analyst Location: Office Rotation: 11 months on/1 month off Client: ENI

The Agreement Analyst role is responsible for reviewing,analyzing, and managing contractual agreements and documents within theorganization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contractmanagement, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complexlegal language. The Agreement Analyst will collaborate with various departmentsand external stakeholders to ensure compliance with contractual obligations andmitigate risks. Responsibilities: 1. Review and analyze contractualagreements, including sales contracts, vendor agreements, and partnershipagreements, to identify key terms, obligations, and potential risks. 2. Interpret and understand legal languageand terms within agreements, ensuring compliance with applicable laws andregulations. 3. Collaborate with legal, finance, andsales teams to negotiate and finalize contract terms and conditions. 4. Maintain a centralized contractrepository, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of all contractualagreements. 5. Monitor contract performance andcompliance, tracking key milestones, deliverables, and obligations. 6. Identify and escalate any potentialrisks or non-compliance issues to relevant stakeholders, providingrecommendations for resolution. 7. Assist in the development andimplementation of contract management processes and procedures to improveefficiency and accuracy. 8. Collaborate with cross-functional teamsto ensure smooth contract administration, including contract amendments,extensions, and terminations. 9. Conduct periodic audits and reviews ofcontractual agreements to identify opportunities for improvement and mitigaterisks. 10. Provide guidance and support tointernal stakeholders on contractual matters, answering queries and resolvingany contract-related issues. 11. Stay updated on changes in contractlaws and regulations, incorporating necessary changes into contract templatesand processes. 12. Prepare and present reports on contractstatus, performance, and compliance to senior management. Candidate profile

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, LegalStudies, or a related field. Additional certifications in contract managementare preferred. 2. Proven experience in contract managementor a similar role, with a strong understanding of contract language and legalterms. 3. Excellent attention to detail, with theability to review and analyze complex contractual agreements accurately. 4. Strong organizational and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 5. Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively withcross-functional teams and external stakeholders. 6. Proficient in using contract managementsoftware and tools. 7. Knowledge of applicable laws,regulations, and best practices related to contract management. 8. Strong analytical and problem-solvingskills, with the ability to identify risks and propose solutions. 9. Ability to maintain confidentiality andhandle sensitive information with discretion. 10. Continuous improvement mindset, with acommitment to driving excellence in contract management processes.
