Job Description Job Description We are looking to hire 2 energetic, upbeat, and motivated Staffing Recruiters to join our fast-paced and growing National Team Headquartered in Berea, OH, near Cleveland Hopkins Airport We are seeking two Recruiters to work in a fast paced environment and Recruit and interview 25-30 plus candidates per week, have a high regard for detail, excellent negotiating skills and we are looking for Recruiters with hands on experience Placing Accounting, Finance Office and Warehouse professionals. We are also willing to train someone with no Recruiter experience. This is a fast paced role that requires the ability to work on over 20 requisitions at a time.We are looking for candidates with the following skill-set or transferable skills:Interviewing over 30-40 candidates per week with the ability to multitask and demonstrate excellent customer service and work with a sense of urgencyRecruit with accuracy and urgency and submit on average 20-30 qualified candidates on a weekly basisSourcing and selecting top candidates on different various job boards in multiple statesAbility to create custom job descriptions and post to various job boards.Excellent communication skills with responsibilities of negotiating salary ranges for contract, contract-hire and direct hire placement termsStrong coaching, advising, reading and writing skills requiredMust type and move fast on the computer and type a minimum of 50 WPM (Applicants will be tested)Proficient with Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environmentWe offer a Competitive Salary, Highest Commission structure in the industry, competitive benefits, generous PTO, A+ Modern work environment, Fun Culture, Room for Growth and Work Perks and once hired and trained We are offering Remote 3-4 days per week and in the office only on Fridays once fully trainedOur back-office support staff handles all administrative tasks which includes: On-boarding, weekly payroll, ordering background checks/drug screens.
