What you need to know:

What you need to apply:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Related work or internship experience preferred

A typical day as a Compliance Analyst might include:
  • Supporting the Supply Chain Compliance team with initiation, leading and executing compliance related activities, such as investigations, change controls, CAPA, etc. across all areas within Supply Chain Management.
  • Requesting documents, facilitating workflow updates, a variety of administrative tasks, a variety of tracker maintenance and updates.
  • Completing all documentation in a manner which ensures compliance with all associated procedures. Leading and managing change controls for supply chain.
  • Identifyng opportunities for improvement within Supply Chain systems and communicate those opportunities to management.
  • Ensuring Corrective & Preventative Actions are appropriate, implemented as planned and have the intended effectiveness.
  • Keeping team members informed of the status of assigned work.
  • Leading and managing change controls for Supply Chain.
  • Working with the team to develop robust training programs.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement within Supply Chain Systems and communicate those opportunities to management.
  • Embracing and promoting the IOPS Culture.
