Senior Staff Accountant IN OFFICE REQUIRED -- Possible Transition To HYBRID Industry leading Residential Solar company is searching for a Senior Accountant to join our accounting team. RESPONSIBLE FOR: Assisting with implementation of ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central). Assisting with AR and AP processes, general ledger and cash management reconciliations. Analyzing data from our CRM, payroll, and accounting systems to ensure complete and accurate accounting records. Assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities and preparation of financial statements. Assisting with managerial reporting and analysis, budget planning, and other projects as needed. Merger and acquisition support. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field required. 5+ years of experience in an Accounting role. CPA or CPA candidate preferred. Experience with ERP implementation. Familiarity with Quickbooks Online and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central a plus. Ability to work extensively with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Advanced Excel skills a plus. Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational, attention to detail, and problem solving skills.
