About the Role Were seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager whos up for a challenge. This is a hands-on leadership role that demands organization, accountability, and confidence in managing complex mechanical projects from start to finish. Youll have the opportunity to help shape how we operate not through theory, but through real project results. Your Responsibilities Lead projects with clarity: Manage the scope, schedule, and financial performance of assigned projects. Coordinate the team: Work closely with Account Managers, Estimators, and Field Supervisors to ensure alignment at every stage. Strengthen communication: Drive proactive, consistent communication with clients, vendors, and internal partners. Bring structure: Help us refine and improve how we plan, track, and close out projects. Problem-solve daily: Take ownership when things go sideways and turn challenges into process improvements. Deliver results: Protect budgets, timelines, and quality standards on every job.
