Claims Analyst I

would be responsible for taking first report of claims from a dealership. The

Claims Analyst I

would spend most of their time working on claims through our VIP website and will be communicating with dealership representatives from all 50 states. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Gathering data and documents to report the claim to the insurance company. Following up with personal auto carriers to receive status of claims. Following up with our insured’s carrier regarding claims numbers and status. Responding to Dealer inquires and questions about the claim process or the program. MINIMUM JOB SKILLS, ABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS Ability to multitask/work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Outstanding customer service experience & ability. Great written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate both orally an in writing on an above average level. Ability to read and interpret documents. Ability to deal comfortably and professionally with all levels of personnel. Advanced proficiency in MS Office Applications - Email, Word & Excel. We are a Title Service company, and we service automobile title for our clients (financial institutions that assist with financing automobiles for retail sales).
