What We Need CORPAY is seeking an experienced and results-driven Product Manager to join our Product Management team, focusing on payment automation on our flagship Corpay Complete platform. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping product strategy, driving execution of the roadmap, and delivering innovative solutions that enhance the efficiency and scalability of our payments product. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in payments technology, coupled with a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics. Youll collaborate closely with cross?functional teamsincluding Engineering, Design, Operations, and Go?to?Marketto deliver products that streamline workflows and create measurable value for our clients. You will report directly to SVP Head of Product and regularly collaborate with the team and other departments. How We Work As a Product Manager you will be expected to work in a virtual environment. CORPAY will set you up for success by providing: Assigned workspace in home office set up Company?issued equipment + remote access Role Responsibilities Develop and maintain a clear product strategy and roadmap for payment automation and Corpay Complete platform enhancements in partnership with business leaders. Define and communicate product requirements, priorities, and success metrics based on customer needs and business objectives. Partner with Product Delivery, Engineering, and Design to ensure high?quality, timely delivery of features and enhancements. Collaborate with Go?to?Market teams on product positioning, launch planning, and ongoing enablement. Lead cross?functional alignment sessions to ensure consistent execution and accountability across teams. Analyze competitive offerings and industry trends to inform roadmap decisions and identify opportunities for innovation. Monitor product performance post?launch and drive continuous improvements through data?driven insights. Qualifications & Skills 25 years of product experience, ideally within fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS. Proven track record of delivering integrations with third?party platforms. Strong understanding of payments processing, and financial workflows. Excellent analytical, problem?solving, and organizational skills. Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to technical and non?technical stakeholders. Experience working in Agile environments and with cross?functional remote teams.
